Flight monitoring and pickup preparation
Airport pickup requests include flight information for monitoring. Your assigned chauffeur will contact you approximately one hour before the scheduled pickup. Keep your contact number available and reply if there are important changes to your journey.
Space for the way you travel
Enter passenger numbers, large suitcases, carry-on bags and any child seats before choosing an available class. Business Class, First Class, Premium SUV, Premium Van / People Mover and Sprinter / Group Transfer remain available subject to individual confirmation.
Know your fare before authorisation
The booking flow resolves the route and displays the server-calculated fare before secure payment preparation. GST, tolls and standard airport/parking charges are included where applicable. Additional stops and child seats are shown in your booking total. Cancellation and waiting charges may apply; review the linked policies before requesting.

Review your fare and authorise your card. Your journey remains a request until Graceline confirms availability. We aim to respond within 30 minutes. Payment is taken only when your journey is confirmed.
